FAQ & Camp Tips



1 Check in & check out-All camps check in & check out times are 4pm

2 Refunds--A full refund is given when a written request for cancellation is received 21 days prior to the beginning day of camp.  Less than 21 day notice, a partial refund may be returned.  After 10 days prior to camp start date, no refund is given.

3 Camper mail-letters can be mailed to our address, please be sure to put your campers name on the outside of the envelope--Email-go to our website on our summer camp page and click the email camper link-be sure to put your campers name in the subject line so we can get it to them

4 Summer camp payment-All camp balances must be paid by the Friday before the start of camp.

5 Camp Store-Punch Cards can be purchased in amounts of $5, $10, $20, or $50.  Punch cards will not expire.  Money from camp store accounts will no longer be returned in order to speed up summer camp checkout process.  Balance on punch cards can be donated to the summer camp offering, passed on to another camper or keep it for next summer.

6 Lost & found-Dayton Oaks is not responsible for any misplaced items.  Please do not send expensive cameras, or video recorders with your camper.  Any items not claimed will be donated to charity.

1 Phone calls-Campers will not be allowed to make or receive phone calls.  Do not send cell phones or calling cards with your camper.  If there is a problem or health concern with your camper one of our staff will contact you.  You may call or email the office to check on your camper.

3 Bring MODEST clothing to wear. 

GIRLS- no bikinis, or backless swim suits, no strappy tank tops or tops that show the sides of your bra.  Shorts should not be shorter than your finger tips when held to your sides.  God knows you are all beautiful because He created you, and it is not necessary to show your beauty with your body.

BOYS- no snug fitting shirts (aka under armor), no skimpy swim trunks example: no speedos

BOTH BOYS & GIRLS-no underwear/underclothes showing, no clothing with inappropriate words or pictures, no shirts with the sides & sleeves cut off
